We could be training harder than we ever have been however if your balance with food is out then you will never get the best out of yourself and what you set to achieve.
Here are some tips regarding food and what you should adhere to:
– Never skip breakfast
– Consume a wide variety of foods, especially 5 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit every day
– Two litres of water a day is always needed and should be increased if physical activity is performed
– Ensure you are getting some form of protein at each of your main meals, whether it be dairy, meat and poultry, seafood, beans, pulses and nuts.
