At Chodat Fitness we ensure every class you attend is different and no one session is the same, to be fit you need to change your exercising habits continuatlly, diversity is the key!

 

 

     
  • Boxing classes (boxing with pads, as well as other fitness based exercises to increase your fitness and tone the abdominals)

  • Running based classes (incorporating hills, stairs and sand to increase your aerobic fitness levels and overall lung capacity)

  • Circuit classes (incorporate resistance exercises with fitness elements to burn lots of calories)

  • General fitness and resistance based classes (incorporating resistance moves as well as running and other fitness based elements to provide a massive amount of variety for your session)

  • Muscle / Toning Class (incorporate resistance exercises using small barbells and weghts that target the whole body to give you that lean look and get your metabolism firing)
