Your process to start the year should include:
- Set your goals = ensure you know what it is exactly you want to achieve
- Plan of attack = set out how and when you want to achieve these goals by
- Weekly Regime = work out what your weekly training plan will be, this may need external help from a trainer or fitness group
- Eat well = ensure your diet is facilitating in what you want to achieve
