Personal Training

 

CHODAT Fitness Personal training involves delivering sessions that cater to the needs of individual clients. The programs are personalised to ensure that each client has the best chance of achieving their goals, at a level that is challenging and sustainable. An intial ‘Consultation’ session is structured as the first session to allow the trainer to get an overview of the client. Including foucsing on the clients fitness goals, exercise and medical history, diet and an eventual course of action. This initial session sets the framework upon which the personalised program can be established.

IC Health Gym (Innovation Campus) North Wollongong

Beaton Park Leisure Centre (Athletics track) Sprint Training

 

Personal Training Packages:

Packages can be purchased in:

10 session package

5 session package

2 session package

The 10 and 5 session packages include ongoing exercise programming and nutritional advice. 

You also have the option of training, one on one, one on two or one on three ( that is your trainer and then up to two or three clients at a time). This is determined by yourself and how you like to train, whether it be individually with one of our trainers, or with family and friends.
