To keep your football skills fresh in the off season and return stronger in 2017, Chodat Fitness has a 10 week program starting November 4th 2016.
S.A.S (Speed, Agility, Skills) training will focus on:
- Speed with and without the ball
- Agility foot work
- Skills with the ball
- Strength and conditioning
- The mental development of young players
$175 for Chodat Fitness members/$220 for Non-Members
(non-members will receive a Chodat Fitness singlet)

Sessions will start November 4th and will break from 16th December and resume 13th January 2017.
