April is here, round two of WOM Emily has created this month’s work out. Give it a ‘crack’ and post your results on social media.
Time and complete the workout in your own time and then post your result on-line on social media to compare with others, tag #chodatfitnessWOM if you film or take a selfie of your workout in action!
- 1 kilometre on the stationary bike in the gym on level 10 ( if you’re not in a gym and want to give this a ago, our suggestion would be to measure a 400 metre run instead of a stationary bike.)
- 20 squat jumps
- 20 static lunges each leg
- 20 push ups – note weather it was on your toes or knees
- 1 kilometre on the stationary bike in the gym on level 10
Emily’s time was: 4.58 minutes (She did push ups on her toes and had to vary her bike effort between level 10 an 8 to ensure she wasn’t getting to puffed for medical reasons.)
