This months workout involves 4 burpee box jumps and 4 shoulder presses. The Aim is to complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes.
The brown box in the video is the box that everyone will use for the burpee box jump. For the burpee your chest must be on the ground and your hands must come off the floor before jumping back up.
The shoulder press barbell is 15kg for women and 20kg for men.
