Fabian is back for round 2.
This months workout involves 300m on the Rower (level 10) into 20x Push ups, 20x Squat Jumps, 20x Burpees then finishing back on the Rower for 300m for total time.

Push ups – Chest to ground and hands must release
Squat jump – knees to 90 degrees and both feet to leave the ground
Burpees – Chest to ground and hands must release
Complete this as quick as possible and write your time on the whiteboard in the gym.
