Yoga is one of those things that you love or you hate… I can and will give you a list of reasons why you should like it, however, so why do you hate it? Is it because its too hard, to quite, ‘your not getting a good sweat up’, it hurts…?
Well lets be honest here…fitness and health is about developing your skills and challenge your ability, so I urge you to step away from your comfort zone and trial our work shop with your fellow Chodat members.
Why is this Yoga Workshop going to benefit me?
With all the running, fitness and strength work you do with us at Chodat Fitness its a great idea to counter act this with some ‘skilled stretching’.
Yoga improves your posture, it aids with preventing cartilage and joint breakdown, increases blood flow, helps you focus and relaxes your total system.
