EXPERIENCE; Alex has been into health and fitness from a young age, playing rep basketball at school as well as tennis, swimming, hockey, surfclub and rowing. She joined her first gym at 13 and has never looked back, realising the power of movement and how a healthy body supports a healthy mind. Alex is a firm believer of creating a body that will support the lifestyle that you love and is also passionate about holistic health practises such as meditation and mindfulness, which she will be studying in 2019. Her background is in accounting and as a travel agent, but completing her PT course has meant her passion for health and fitness is now enabling her to help others to achieve their goals and find the freedom of an active lifestyle.
