“The last 13 weeks has been action packed in The Winter Hump Challenge! Getting the motivation from my Chodat Fitness family and help with food and inspiration from the A Healthier You program and coaches has helped me regain my fitness and strength after having my two babies.
But my highlight has been losing 10kgs of baby weight- which I never thought would disappear. I still have more to go, but after doing the ‘A Healthier You’ program with Chodat I have all the motivation and knowledge I need to continue. Their program helps you get set up so that you can continue as a lifestyle change not just a quick fix, which is awesome.
It has been amazing getting back into a great training routine – as a mum of 2 girls under 3 years old, it’s never easy to fit in exercise, but with the variety of outdoor classes to pick from, I have no reason to miss a day of training.
