EXPERIENCE; Starting in the Fitness Industry in 2000 after his career in athletics was finalising due to injury,  Lukas followed his passion and pursued a career in the fitness industry.  As a National Champion he won  5 national gold medals, and 8 state gold medals in the 100 and 200 meter races. He also played representative rugby league for the Illawarra Steelers RLFC in the junior ranks. His career in fitness has now allowed Lukas to  work with clients whose goals range from weight loss, muscle gain and general fitness and also specialises in sports specific programming for individuals, teams and small groups. Chodat Fitness under his guidance has trained clients ranging from the sporting elite  for example: AFL, NRL, A-League, National Netball League, Australian Touch Football team, Australian/NSW Sprinting Representatives, Australian/NSW Swimming Representatives to name a few.

EXPERIENCE;

Fabian has extensive experience in the sporting and coaching realm. Having played soccer internationally and locally since he was in his young teens Fabian has a solid understanding as to what its like to coach and be coached. These are some of his proud achievements; most recently he made played for three weeks for Division 3 club Temecula FC in the USA.  Played for AC Trani in Italy and won the Roma Cup at the age of 15 and was with Bromsgrove Rovers for 3 months in England at  the age of 16 years.  Was a part of the A-League with Newcastle Jets for 3 years where he featured in a match against LA Galaxy and David Beckham. Played with APIA Leichhardt, Parramatta Eagles and with Wollongong Wolves clubs. In 2014 he was part of the first 11 for IPL Grand final winners for Dandaloo Fury.
 Fab came 2nd in Tough Mudder Spring 2013 and currently competing in obstacle races at a competitive level. In 2014 Fab was Chosen for the final 30 in the Australia toughest mudder 24hour selection in which he was placed 2nd overall in NSW in the Pre selection. He Finished off the year in the top 30 in the NSW Obstacle Course leader board and looks to better as he gains more experience.

EXPERIENCE;Reece has always been interested in sport and a career in health and fitness has been the main focus for him for many years. Reece has been involved in many teams and individual sports, playing soccer as a junior and representing the Illawarra in both Athletics and Oztag. Reece’s main focus is athletics where he specialises in 100m and 200m and was part of the Illawarra senior boys record breaking relay team in high school as well as being his clubs junior captain in 2012/13. Reece currently runs competitively in the NSW Professional Track League and believes a competitive nature to a certain extent can add excitement and enjoyment to physical activity.

EXPERIENCE;  After completing his university degree, Ben is now undertaking is Masters in Research in the sporting field of strength and conditioning.  Recently returning from the USA after a placement working with the Oregon Ducks Football team collecting his data for his research project. Needless to say Ben has a solid passion for ball sports and a personal skill of succeeding in coaching clients with this focus. His interests are in physical preparation and rehabilitation for team and individual sport as well as working on health and fitness goals.  Personally he has been involved in sport from a young age playing, basketball achieving  ‘Most Valuable Player’.  He competed in the country championships for basket ball and then and moved to AFL managing to be apart of four grand final victories. Amongst his winter sports he has been a  competitive iron man competitor winning gold at the country champions and competing at an national level for surf life saving specialising in board and ski events.

EXPERIENCE; Mick has had a vast experience with fitness and nutrition coaching has worked with the St George Dragons and the Sydney Swans nutrition and conditioning program. Internationally he as worked in gyms and training clients in America and Canada and British Columbia which in which Jean Claude Van Damme frequented. Some of his experiences with clients focus general weight loss, fitness and toning goals,  people with disabilities including dementia patients, athletes with varying disciplines, those training for figure competitions.

Personally Mick is an accomplished Touch Football player and has represented Australia since the age of fifteen. His most recent achievement is competing in Canada in a Triathlon and finishing 8th at worlds in 2014. He has completed marathons and most recently cycled across America from Vancouver to NYC.

SPORTING INTERESTS; Anything that brings out the passion and fire in someone at any level of sport where someone has poured in time and dedication. Pretty much summed up by Michael Jordan’s iconic photo with the 1991 NBA trophy or anyone winning match point in their first tennis grand slam.

EXPERIENCE;Connor has always had an interest in sports and with having the coaching help of her parents with their involvement in the fitness industry for over 30 years, this assisted Connor to nurture her love of sport and activity from a young age. Realising she wanted to pursue a career in the health industry after her father had a motorbike accident in 2010, he then  required a lot of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.  A passion grew from this unfortunate situation and she wanted to learn how to help others overcome similar obstacles. Connor has now graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science, with the hope of completing a masters of physiotherapy.
