I have to admit that for a long time, I didn’t pay too much attention on what I ate, as I exercised for most days with Chodat Fitness, when I realised that A Healthier You program was offered by the Chodat team, I thought that it was a perfect opportunity to learn more about my food constumption. My goals were to learn more about nutrition and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Emily was my direct coach her knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement is most definitely very helpful. Personally, I loved the fact that she was not trying to impose any unrealistic expectations. I took the Personal Training sessions with Michael Chapman (a bonus promo with the program) which I loved and found to be beneficial for my goals. I specifically wanted to develop a better understanding and skill base for endurance running, I want to do the City to Surf this year- I’m progressing well.
As a result of this program I have become much wiser when deciding on snacks, meals and drinks. In the 6 weeks of the program I have lost 4 kg!! I would definitely recommend this program to everyone as anyone can benefit from eating healthy. Together with regular exercise, AHY program helped me make my lifestyle more healthy and balanced. Everyone has a different story, I’m sure you can find yours too.
