AHY is an extremely flexible program that also educates you along the way. Following my initial consultation I was then able to design my own meal plans around the foods I like and fit within my lifestyle, plus keeping the kids happy!
I found being accountable to the trainers for everything I was eating the best way to make the right choices, and the weekly feedback enabled me to stay on track. As I have a hip injury and was unable to run during most of the challenge I certainly proved that it is mostly about what you eat!
With the support of the trainers and my family I lost 7kg on AHY during the Winter Hump Challenge and dropped from a size 14 to a size 10.
