End of Challenge Winners
Individual Winners of the Winter Hump Challenge Announced!
Thirteen weeks of Winter and many outdoor group classes were taken in the dark and cold of the early morning and night, additional personal training sessions to boost scores….all to be in the running to win the $1000 first prize, followed by second and third prizes.
Congratulations the following people:
1st Place – ROD FIELDING Red Team total 96 sessions = $1000 Prize
2nd Place – ALISHA QUILL Silver Team 85 sessions
3rd Place – MILKA VISNIC Red Team 75 sessions
Shout out to the below people for recognition of their achievements through out the group testing, we could mention many more; however there are 4 stand outs :
Stacey Zanella – improvement on her testing results for push ups, her first result was 15 and second test result was 45 an additional 30 were completed all on her toes!
Dave Sorenson – improvement on his testing results for his prone hold, his first test result was 2.02mins second test result was 7.06mins and additional 5.04min!
Laura Milan – improvement on her testing results for the middle road run, her first result was 4.15mins and second test result was 3.30min faster by 44sec.
Yvonne Becarevic – improvement on her testing results for her distance run, her first result was 15.47 mins and second test result was 14.48min faster by 59sec.
Well done to all the A Healthier You participants that started in July this year for the 6 week program. The team that completed the program collectively lost a total of 25 kgs and 72.5cms. 6 weeks is only a short time to start to create changes and make positive inroad to achieving your health and fitness goals.
A big congratulations to Sue Reid who achieve ‘Most Transformed’ loosing 5.2kgs and 12cm from her body, Sue has toned up and holds more definition all over in the short 6 weeks!
