At Chodat Fitness, we aim to support many ages, to achieve fitness goals and maintain a healthy existence. We offer kids fitness classes under the service of sprints and sport specific coaching and or Personal Training.
Our kids fitness training can be to focus on a particular goal or increase fitness generally. We create an environment where children relate to fitness with fun. It’s a great opportunity for them to burn up all that extra energy whilst having a great time, helping to improve agility, fitness levels, strength, mental well-being, balance and team bonding skills.
Price List
Group class sessions are charged per visit. You can purchase casual sessions or a 10 sessions flexi pass. We offer discounts for siblings also.
Private sessions are at a higher price point.

What Service Is right For Your Child?
Group Coaching for Children
These classes are designed for children of school age and held on the synthetic athletics track at Beaton Park Leisure Centre. The classes duration is 1 hour and enable children to build confidence and encourage healthy competition where they can benefit from training together under the guidance of their coaches advice. In our sessions, children, apart from the specialist training and programming, will be learning how to manage event preparation, harness their skills and let their talent shine.
Children are to meet near the finish line on the track before the class starts.
One on one personal training for athletes in this field is also available.

Personal Training – A Private Session
- 1 on 1 – one trainer with one client
- 1 on 2 – one trainer with two clients
- Small Group – one trainer with three to six clients
First select from half hour, forty five minutes or hour sessions. Purchased packages one, two, five, or ten sessions, paid up front. Alternatively we have Ezidebit payment options.
Your first session is a consultation allowing our personal trainers to get an overview of your fitness goals and needs, as well as a comprehensive understanding of your current fitness level, diet and medical history. Your trainer will then create a personalised program specifically for you.
