Congratulations Flora your hard work over the last 13 weeks has paid off and you look and no doubt you feel fabulous.
What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat Fitness?
I needed to focus on myself, get active and change my work/life balance.
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve?
After finishing the “A Healthier You Challenge”, my new overall goal is to maintain what I have achieved over winter and continue to increase my fitness and tone the “new me”. The plan is to keep training 5 – 6 times a week and continue my new lifestyle over the next 3 months as a shorter term goal.
What’s your biggest achievement so far? My biggest achievement is being able to take the 2018 Challenge and succeed beyond my wildest expectations.
How has your lifestyle changed? I am fitter, healthier, more active and haven’t stopped smiling!
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out? Don’t doubt yourself, take every opportunity and stick with it. The results are worth it. Trust the great team at Chodat Fitness they know their stuff and are so supportive.
