NEW Spring & Summer Timetable 2016
We have revamped our timetable for Spring and Summer, starting Monday 29th August.
NEW CLASS – Core & Calisthenics, this class will involve high intensity core and body weight exercises. The goal of this class is to increase body strength, cardiovascular fitness and core strength. Is Suitable for all fitness levels. BOOK NOW for first class September 1st, Thursday 6am at South Beach.
