The month of May is here time for round three of our new work out of the month. Liz has created this month’s workout so give it your best and post your results on social media.
How to set up the Rower and get started:
Time and complete the workout in your own time and then post your result on-line on social media to compare with others, tag Chodat Fitness, #chodatfitnessWOM if you film or take a selfie of your workout in action!
1 Kilometer on the rower – set rower to 1 Kilometer so it will continue to time and count down meters.
Every minute 1,2,3,4,5… etc you hope off the rower and complete 10 body weight squats to the bench on the rower as your guide.
Time does not stop, if it takes you 25 seconds you only have 35 seconds left to row for that minute. Your time is tracked on the rower this is your result.
Our suggestion if you are not in the gym our be to do a run instead of the rower.
