Workout of the Month October
This months workout involves you to get as many rounds as possible in 5 mins
Round involves 1 Push up, 1 sit up and 1 squat jump, each round reps increase by 1. eg. 1 push up, 1 sit up and 1 squat jump | 2 push ups, 2 sit ups and 2 squat jumps | 3 push ups, 3 sit ups and 3 squat jumps and continuing up until 5 minutes is complete.

Push ups – Elbows to 90 degree angle
Sit up – Hands to touch behind head then up to touch toes.
Squat jump – knees to 90 degrees and both feet to leave the ground
Complete as many rounds as possible in the 5 mins.
