This months workout involves completing as many squat jumps as possible in two minutes followed by as many shoulder presses as possible in two minutes.
On completion, add the two totals together for your final score.
Squat jumps must involve full knee extension in the jumping phase, and the shoulder press is a strict shoulder press – no explosive movements!
Men are to use the 20kg barbell for the shoulder press, and women are to use the 15kg.
