Time and complete the workout in your own time and then post your result on-line on social media to compare with others, tag #chodatfitnessWOM if you film or take a selfie of your workout in action!
30 reps of each exercise-
- Burpees (chest to Ground)
- Full range Sit ups (with trainer holding legs)
- Squat jumps
- Push ups
- Dips off bench (legs Full Extension)
- Oblique twists with 5kg ball or weight. (ball must touch ground)
