Our latest member of the month, and winner of the $100 Chodat Fitness voucher, is none other than Adrian Giuliani! Adrian was nominated by his trainer, Lukas, for his phenomenal improvements in health and fitness whilst running a successful business, having two young children and a full house renovations. He has lost around 6kg so far and his strength and fitness levels are at an all time high. He has been highly dedicated to his training and eating, and fully deserves member of the month!
What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat fitness?
I was training at the gym for 2 years at on my own and whilst in that period I would see the professionalism of Chodat personal trainers training other clients of all ages. I was not achieving my goals so I started personal training once a week. Now my fitness level has improved and I am achieving my goals.
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve?
At the moment it’s to keep healthy and eat well due to having recently being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
What’s your biggest achievement so far?
Hold the chin hold record that has been my target for 4 years! Hahaha! Another big achievment was getting my weight down from 85kg-78kg.
What do you enjoy most about training?
There’s a new challenge each and every session. This helps clear the mind of work and stress.
How has your lifestyle changed?
I have more energy due to dietary changes and the personal training sessions.
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out?
After recently losing a best friend at 36 due to an unhealthy lifestyle, I know it’s very important to eat healthy and exercise. There is no excuse not to do some sort of exercise.
