Member Of The Month – May
Our latest member of the month, and winner of the $100 Chodat Fitness voucher is Dianna. She has been nominated by Lukas himself for her amazing weight loss, dedication and commitment. Dianna has lost over 18kg and is looking fitter than ever. She currently trains with Mick, Lukas and Fabian and is an absolute inspiration to those around her and proof that hard work does indeed pay off. Check out her incredible transformation below!
What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat fitness?
The necessity to lose weight for appearance and health purposes.
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve?
Keep building on fitness, toning, and working on my guns.
What’s your biggest achievement so far?
Two things – Losing 18kg and achieving a level of fitness that I have never experienced previously.
What do you enjoy the most about training?
Each training session is different, as is the challenge of doing more and exercising harder as my fitness levels increase. I love the variety of routines and being pushed to the max!
How has your lifestyle changed?
I focus on nutrition and remaining within a healthy weight range. This means that my heath has become of paramount importance, as has remaining slim and fit. I like the way I look, the new clothes I wear and I can enjoy both exercising hard or a simple walk. I simply love being fit.
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out?
This may be long, but;
- Focus on your health.
- Motivation and commitment come from within.
- You have to love yourself more than indulging in food that is not kind to your health.
- You have to realise that exercise and fitness are equally necessary.
- Be kind to your health and your quality of life.
