Well done to our NDIS client Andrew, who trains with Mike two PT sessions a week and was nominated because of his increases in his strength and mobility, along with is 6 kg+ weight loss since starting in July 2018. His motivation during every session is evident and has increased his activity outside the gym playing basketball and cricket to help maintain his calorie burn during the week.

What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat Fitness? To have a healthy lifestyle and lose weight.
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve? To continue to lose weight and increase my health on all levels, manage my blood pressure and increase my activity out side of my two PT sessions a week.
What’s your biggest achievement so far? 6kg loss in 3 months!
How has your lifestyle changed? I have noticed my cardio vascular endurance ability has increased. I have tried to improve my diet. I have tried to increase my activity outside the gym playing basketball and cricket.
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out? Try it and stick with it! Trust your trainer they know what is best for your success.
