What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat Fitness? I started 5 years ago with team Chodat as I knew Lukas when I was in school!
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve?
I want to get back in to the similar shape I was pre baby.
What’s your biggest achievement so far? Building my strength and being able to maintain it.
How has your lifestyle changed? I have always been active, but being active needs to be complemented with healthy food choices. This is what I focus on when eating out.
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out? The hardest part is getting your shoes on and out the door. Once you are at training its so much fun!
