A lot of people look at aiming to improve the size, shape or strength of their Glute muscles, commonly known as your buttocks.

These Gluteal muscles are a group of three muscles :

  • Gluteus Maximus
  • Gluteus Minimus
  • Gluteus Medius

The best exercises to improve the size, strength and shape of your Glutes include:

  • Walking and static lunges, performed with either your body weight or added weight such as a dumbbell or barbell
  • Squats
  • Glute bridging exercises, side leg raises and theraband exercises
  • Dead Lifts
  • Step Ups and stair running
  • Sprinting and Hill Sprinting
