EXPERIENCE: Starting in the Fitness Industry in 2000 after his career in athletics was finalising due to injury,  Lukas followed his passion and pursued a career in the fitness industry.  As a National Champion he won  5 national gold medals, and 8 state gold medals in the 100 and 200 meter races. He also played representative rugby league for the Illawarra Steelers RLFC in the junior ranks.His career in fitness has now allowed Lukas to  work with clients whose goals range from weight loss, muscle gain and general fitness and also specialises in sports specific programming for individuals, teams and small groups. Chodat Fitness under his guidance has trained clients ranging from the sporting elite  for example: AFL, NRL, A-League, National Netball League, Australian Touch Football team, Australian/NSW Sprinting Representatives, Australian/NSW Swimming Representatives to name a few.

Emily Chodat

EXPERIENCE: Graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness and awarded team ‘Energiser’ in 2013, Em is a passionate group and personal trainer that engages all clients to help them achieve and become enthusiastic about their personal success. Em has competed in a range of sports from athletics to swimming from a young age, excelling in both. Fitness and a healthy balanced lifestyle is a large part of her existence and believes everything should be in moderation, even moderation! Heading up the ‘A Healthier You’ program Emily has been the health and fitness coach that has seen over 100 clients loose kilos of weight and gain muscle and see many positive results to benefit their new healthier lifestyles. EXPERIENCE: Fabian has extensive experience in the sporting and coaching realm. Having played soccer internationally and locally since he was in his young teens Fabian has a solid understanding as to what its like to coach and be coached. These are some of his proud achievements; most recently he made played for three weeks for Division 3 club Temecula FC in the USA.  Played for AC Trani in Italy and won the Roma Cup at the age of 15 and was with Bromsgrove Rovers for 3 months in England at  the age of 16 years.  Was a part of the A-League with Newcastle Jets for 3 years where he featured in a match against LA Galaxy and David Beckham. Played with APIA Leichhardt, Parramatta Eagles and with Wollongong Wolves clubs. In 2014 he was part of the first 11 for IPL Grand final winners for Dandaloo Fury.
Fab came 2nd in Tough Mudder Spring 2013 and currently competing in obstacle races at a competitive level. In 2014 Fab was Chosen for the final 30 in the Australia toughest mudder 24hour selection in which he was placed 2nd overall in NSW in the Pre selection. He Finished off the year in the top 30 in the NSW Obstacle Course leader board and looks to better as he gains more experience.

Morgan Clarke

Michael Rodrigues

EXPERIENCE; Michael enjoyed playing a range of team sports through juniors playing in representative sides in Rugby League and Cricket. He also played 1st Grade cricket for Shellharbour in the south coast competition in the late 1990’s. He found his passion for multisport racing about 10 years ago starting out in short distance triathlon. After years of aerobic endurance training he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience at racing various distances now focusing his efforts on longer distance racing and is a 4 Ironman distance finisher racing all around Australia and achieving All World Athlete Silver status in 2016 awarded to the top 5% of Ironman distances racers worldwide. He is passionate about health and fitness and understanding how to get the most out of his body and mind as well as helping others achieve their fitness goals.  He is also completing his Diploma in Remedial Massage.

Sean Murray-Smith

EXPERIENCE : Sean has been a fitness professional since graduating in 2003. Over the years he has worked across a broad range of clients, from absolute beginners in the gym to experienced professional athletes and Olympians. With a strength and conditioning philosophy that integrates power and stamina along with mobility and core strength, he has the skills to accommodate for all ages, abilities, and injury. Sean is currently undertaking his PhD, with a special focus on rugby union injuries.

Personally Mick is an accomplished Touch Football player and has represented Australia since the age of fifteen. His most recent achievement is competing in Canada in a Triathlon and finishing 8th at worlds in 2014. He has completed marathons and most recently cycled across America from Vancouver to NYC.
